On September 17, 2015, Carpena Associate Advocates was invited to lecture at the Development Faculty of Rio Grande do Sul - Fadergs, regarding the "Professional skills in the job market".

They have been addressed by Adriana Adams, Carpena's HR specialist, fundamental behavioral skills for a professional who wishes to stand out in the labor market, such as ethics, good communication, good interpersonal relationship, as well as appropriate posture, among others. Technical skills were also highlighted, which are acquired with much study, reading, attendance in seminars, etc.

At the time, Carpena Lawyers made a point of highlighting that specialized tools to select qualified professionals who will integrate their team, which makes it differentiated in their service provision and the service of their customers.

The audience was composed of law students, business administration and accounting sciences, among others.
