As of March 10, 2014, the anonymous company companies may disclose relevant acts and facts through Internet news portals, and not only in newspapers of great circulation, as determined by the Committee on Securities - CVM.

The new permission is in Normative Instruction No. 547/2014 of the CVM, but does not deprive the need for disclosure on the Commission's website, which remains mandatory.

According to CVM, the objective of the measure is to facilitate and streamline the communication of open companies with the market, contributing to the reduction of costs that provides greater attractiveness of the capital market as an alternative financing.

Instruction also admits the summary publication in great circulation newspapers, with remission of addresses in the worldwide network of computers where the full of information can be found.
