Electronic judicial domicile

The electronic judicial domicile was developed in order to centralize all procedural communications, citations and subpoenas to electronic legal and physical entities that are issued by the Courts of Brazil (except the Federal Supreme Court) and is provided for in Resolution No. 455/2022, Chapter IV, of the National Council of Justice that regulated Article 246 of the Code of Civil Procedure. The registration is mandatory for large and medium -sized private companies, public companies, indirect administration entities, municipalities, Federal District, States and Union, under penalty of compulsory registration based on the data indicated to the IRS.
