The Bacen Jud Manager Committee confirmed for the end of the year the inclusion of credit cooperatives in the judicial blocking system of values. The measure will prevent the use of very common maneuver used by debtors to circumvent Bacen Jud's attachment system: the movement of resources by subsidiary.

Currently judges need to type matrix CNPJ and also on branches. With the improvement, you will suffice to insert the eight first numbers (root) from the CNPJ to the system to check the balance of all bank accounts of the debtor.

In addition to the inclusion of credit cooperatives in the Bacen Jud system, several other improvements will be made. It will be possible for the judge to delegate the handling of Bacen Jud to servers, as already occurs in vehicle search systems (RENAJUD) and Federal Revenue Information (Infojud), for example.
