Reflexes of environmental catastrophe in Rio Grande do Sul in labor relations.

The Environmental catastrophe that we are experiencing from the state of Rio Grande do Sul since 24/04/2024, resulting from climatic events such as heavy rains, flooding, hail, floods, flood and window, has generated several impacts on the life of gauchos, where Many have had their homes devastated, others are unable to access their homes, their jobs and even devoid of essential services such as water and electricity. The Government of the State of Rio Grande do Sul decreed a state of public calamity in the state territory through Decree 57,596, of May 1, 2024.
