On 06/07/2015, provisional measure was sent to the National Congress to avoid firms by companies in financial difficulty. The measure, named by the Federal Government of Employment Protection Program (PPE), will allow temporary reduction of the working day and salary by up to 30%.

In this first stage, the provisional measure will be expected until 31 December 2016 and may be extended for another 6 months and the period of adherence of companies will be until December 2015.
