We provide legal advisory services in contractual relations with the Government, whether analyzing or drafting contracts, as well as monitoring their execution. Furthermore we assist in participation in contracting processes with the Public Administration by means of the analysis of notices and documents necessary for qualification or classification, presenting defenses, appeals or objections, in the administrative and judicial spheres.

We work on issuing legal opinions and reports, specifically highlighting advice on bidding procedures for the execution of Special Works of Art (OAE) such as bridges and viaducts.
